Namkeen
Munchy Snacks, also referred to as Namkeen, is a mixture consisting of chickpea flour, lentils, nuts, and spices. The snacks can be in different forms, such as Bhujia, Mixture, stick snacks, or roasted legumes. These snacks are best when consumed alongside your evening tea or can also be a crunchy topping on many different recipes like Poha or BHEL, depending on your choice and mood. There is a different type of Namkeen available in order to satisfy your mood, either in the form of fried sticks or crunchy legumes, at any given time.
1. Aloo Bhujia

It is a popular and age-old Rajasthani-style "namkeen" for its fine texture and inimitable flavor. It is prepared using gram flour. Because of the light and crunchy texture coupled with loads of flavors in it, it pairs aptly with our evening tea.
3. Navratan
A mixture of crunchy lentils, nuts, raisins, and spices.It is preferably balanced between sweet and spicy.The Navratan has a mix of very pleasant tastes. A combination of black salt, amchoor (dried mango powder), and sugar may be added to the spice mixture to make sure that it is not only “hot” but also full-of-flavor. It is indeed a perfect blend
4. Moong Daal
